Program overview

This diploma program equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to address social challenges and promote well-being in communities. It combines theoretical learning in social sciences, psychology, and community development with supervised fieldwork placements. Graduates are prepared to work as professional social workers in government agencies, NGOs, healthcare settings, and community-based organizations.

Who can apply?
Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with four (4) passes in non-religious subjects
OR
Holder of Basic Technician Certificate (NTA Level 4) in Social Work, Gender, Community Development, or Youth Work
OR
Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) with at least one principal pass and one subsidiary in principal subjects
